The XLT full-sided 40ft Belly Dump trailer comes with optional bolt-on front and back slope sheets including a ladder. Our sides are completely welded, not stitch welded like others in the market place making the Dura-Haul XLT a much stronger frame while maintaining its lightweight category class. With its low center of gravity, it is also faster and easier to load. It comes standard with Aluminum fenders front and rear that also contributes to the XLT’s lighter weight.

The XLS skeleton frame trailer is the lightest 40ft belly dump trailer in our lineup. It has a Bolt-on Push-Pull block that is engineered for all environments. The bolt-on front and rear fenders have rubber washers to reduce any cracking and can be easily replaced if they get damaged. All Dura-Haul trailers are powder coat painted using a 5 step process that will outlast wet painted trailers.

The unique design has 1/4″ thick plate throughout the tub and the last 8 feet are 5/16″ thick maximizing durability and minimizing the weight (thinner plate is available). To maximize stability the trailer was engineered with wide-track axles to maintain all 8 wheels on the ground when unloading. The trailer has LED lighting throughout, all wiring is completely protected and unexposed throughout the half round end dump trailer. The top rail is made with 1/4″ thick square tubing, and all of the tubs and bulkheads are welded with Flux Core. The high-lift rear gate is standard with 1/4″ thick plate cylinder guards for the liftgate.
